The El Paso Children’s Hospital has created an “Enchanted Forest” for its patients.
The forest was designed and built by Cre8play, the company that does Hard Rock Cafés. The indoorÐoutdoor playground will feature light changes from day to night every 20 minutes, and the sounds of the forest will switch from the morning twitter of birds to evening crickets and howls. It also will include a hobbit village of playhouses.
It was built with money donated by the El Paso Sports Commission.
“Any ticket bought at a Ticketmaster outlet for an event at the El Paso coliseum contributes to this project,” said Brian Kennedy, CEO of El Paso Sports Commission. “So really this is the El Paso community’s contribution to El Paso Children’s Hospital.”
