Holidays are filled with joy, happiness, and love. We thank you for helping us bring that same joy to our patients and families that are hospitalized at El Paso Children’s Hospital this holiday season.
El Paso Children’s Hospital offers many ways to donate and give back to the children of our community. You can donate to Children’s Miracle Network of El Paso which provides specialized medical care, equipment, research and education for critically ill or injured children at El Paso Children’s Hospital. Every dollar raised by Children’s Miracle Network stays in El Paso.
You can also donate toys, games, and other items to patients and families at El Paso Children’s Hospital. Below you will find our general donation guidelines, as well as, specific guidelines for the holiday season.
For the health and safety of our patients, as well as hospital visitors, all donations must be accepted in the hospital lobby. Individuals and groups are not permitted to personally distribute donated items directly to patients or families.
In-person donation drop-off:
To meet the needs of all patients and families, we ask that donated items be appropriate for a variety of ages and medical conditions. Donations and gifts are used throughout the hospital for patients from infants to teenagers.
- A photo opportunity in the hospital lobby is offered to individuals or groups interested in posting of the photo to El Paso Children’s Hospital’s social media site for public acknowledgement.
- Advance planning for your donation drop off is highly recommended, as Donation Acceptances are scheduled Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with Family Support Services.
- Completion of a donation acceptance form is required so that El Paso Children’s Hospital and the UMC Foundation can acknowledge your gift. Note that items donated without additional information from the source, may not qualify for distribution to patients and families.
Thank you for your generosity and interest in El Paso Children’s Hospital!
