Dr. Paulina Hernández

A native El Pasoan, Dr. Paulina Hernández has a deep-rooted connection to the border community and a comprehensive understanding of its healthcare needs. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with honors from St. Edward’s University, followed by medical education at Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez. She spent two years in a medical internship and social service. In 2017, Dr. Hernández began her General Pediatrics Residency training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, during which time she served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics. After graduating in 2020, Dr. Hernández worked as a pediatric hospitalist, practicing inpatient medicine, at El Paso Children’s Hospital. In 2022, she established her own pediatric private practice.
